Used Oil Fired Furnace Service

Have a Waste Oil Burning furnace in South Western Idaho or Eastern Oregon? Sign up for our summer furnace service program and save!

Waste Oil furnaces need to be serviced every 800-1000 hours or at least once a year. Proper servicing is crucial to protect your investment. With proper care and maintenance your furnace can last for decades. Failure to service it regularly and/or properly can cut its lifespan in half or more.

We service most makes and models including Clean Burn, Clean Energy, Shenandoah, Reznor, Horizon, Omni, Black Gold, Wedco etc.

Our preventative maintenance & service includes:

  1. Flush or “hand clean” the oil pre-heater.
  2. Install a service kit which includes cad cell, electrodes, aspirated waste oil nozzle, pump gasket, burner head gasket, solenoid nucleus and spring, regulator – filter and poppet & poppet o’rings, regulator diaphragm.

  3. Drain water from oil storage tank and air lines.
  4. Adjustments include oil pressure, combustion air setting, compressed air pressure, draft over fire and adjust damper, burner assembly alignment and electrode gap.
  5. During summer services, we turn off the power to the unit leaving it dormant but ready. If it does not fire right up in the fall just call us and we’ll get it going again, no charge.
