Featuring:
Stainless Steel Construction: The ultimate in corrosion resistance, with lifetime protection for sanitary or harsh environments. Removable cover allows easy access and serviceability.
Auto On / Off with Adjustable Time Delay Shutdown: Operator has total control over the system from the trigger gun. This added convience not only saves time and effort, it reduces wear of the pump and produces an energy efficient system that outperforms the traditional manual on/off.
CAT Belt Driven Pump: Triplex ceramic plunger V-Belt driven pump with low RPM. Exhibits long lasting performance eliminating downtime and routine maintenance. Runs cooler and quieter for years of operation and continuous duty.
Water Tight Electrical Enclosure NEMA 4: ETL certified to UL1776 Class 2, for use in wash-down area, exceeding Industry standards. Electrical box features easy to use controls and provides protection from the harshest environments and instant access to the electronics. Models equipped with three phase include an hour meter to monitor system use.
Versatile Mounting or Portability: The CW's unique design allows versatile mounting and portability options. The CW series can be wall-mounted, stationary or portable, for cleaning power right where you need it.
Front Mounted Controls: Front mounted controls for easy access and quick adjustments for multiple cleaning applications.
Unloader with Pressure Relief Valve: Adjustable pressure Unloader/Regulator with switch and safety relief valve, protects operator and system components from over-pressurization. Provides full cleaning power when the trigger gun is activated. Pressure is adjustable at the wand for convenience.
CW Series Additional Features
High Temperature Compatibility: Use a hot water supply for even better cleaning performance to save time. Clean with hot water up to 160°F from your existing hot water source and save the expense of purchasing a hot water pressure washer. For tougher applications an optional hot seal kit will allow you to clean using hot water up to 190°F. Unit shuts off automatically if temperature rating is exceeded, protecting pump from heat damage.
Downstream Injection: The CW Series is equipped with a downstream chemical injection system. Soap application can be controlled from the gun without returning to the machine. Chemicals and other additives are introduced after the pump eliminating the risk of pump damage.
Unique Mounting Design: The CW Series unique chassis design with integrated rear mounting brackets allow wall mounting of the power washer to save valuable floor space and added convenience.
